Mouse Anti-Human CD326
- Background
- Product Details
- Storage & Handling
- Applications
EpCAM (CD326) is a transmembrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, signaling, and migration in epithelial cells. EpCAM is involved in the development and progression of carcinomas and is considered a potential biomarker for various cancers. It has also been implicated in tumorigenesis, metastasis, and cancer progression, making it a target for immunotherapeutic strategies.

Overview
Mouse Anti-Human CD326 (EpCAM) is a monoclonal antibody targeting the epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM), also known as CD326. EpCAM is a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in homotypic cell–cell adhesion, cell signaling, migration, proliferation, and differentiation. EpCAM plays a significant role in tumorigenesis, metastasis, and cancer progression. This antibody was developed using a KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human EpCAM protein for immunization. It is suitable for use in applications such as Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin, IHC-P), Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, and Immunomicroscopy.
