Mouse Anti-Human Ror2
- Background
- Product Details
- Storage & Handling
- Applications
ROR2 (Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor) is involved in skeletal growth and development. It is a key player in Robinow syndrome and brachydactyly type B, conditions that affect bone structure and growth. Elevated expression of ROR2 is studied for its potential role in developmental disorders and cancer research.
- Host Species: Mouse
- Target Species: Human
- Conjugation: Unconjugated
- Clonality: Monoclonal
- Isotype: IgG
- Form: Liquid
Purification
This antibody was purified via immunoaffinity chromatography, using an immunogen peptide derived from human Ror2 protein, coupled to Sepharose 4B.
- Storage Instructions: Store at -20°C upon receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Storage Buffer: Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS, pH 7.4), with stabilizers and ≤0.09% sodium azide.
For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Centrifuge if product is not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This antibody is suitable for various research applications:
- Western Blotting (WB)
- Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P, IHC-Frozen)
- Dot Blot
- Immunomicroscopy
- Immunofluorescence (IF)
- Flow Cytometry (FCM)
Recommended starting dilutions:
- Western Blotting: 3-5 µg/ml
- IHC (Paraffin/Frozen): 5-10 µg/ml
- Immunofluorescence: 5-10 µg/ml
- Flow Cytometry: 5-10 µg/ml
Note: Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end-user based on experimental conditions.
Overview
The Mouse Anti-Human Ror2 antibody is designed to target the ROR2 protein, a receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a crucial role in bone and cartilage growth. This antibody is valuable in research related to developmental biology and disorders such as Robinow syndrome and autosomal dominant brachydactyly type B. It is commonly used in studies exploring the receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor (ROR) family and its involvement in various signaling pathways.
