Mouse Anti-Human TIE1

  • TIE1 (Tyrosine kinase with immunoglobulin-like and EGF-like domains 1) is a cell surface protein predominantly expressed in endothelial cells, with additional expression in immature hematopoietic cells and platelets. It plays a key role in angiogenesis and vascular homeostasis. TIE1 regulates cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), such as VCAM-1, E-selectin, and ICAM-1, through a p38-dependent mechanism. TIE1’s expression enhances the attachment of monocyte-derived immune cells to endothelial cells, and it is associated with proinflammatory effects. TIE1 may play a role in endothelial inflammatory diseases like atherosclerosis, making it a target of interest in vascular disease research.

    Purification

    This antibody is purified via immunoaffinity chromatography, using an immunogen peptide derived from the TIE1protein, coupled to Sepharose 4B.

    • Storage Instructions: Store at -20°C upon receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
    • Storage Buffer: Phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4), contains stabilizer and ≤0.09% sodium azide.

    For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Centrifuge if product is not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
