Mouse Anti-Human CD20
CD20 is a membrane protein expressed on the surface of B cells throughout their development, but absent from hematopoietic stem cells and plasma cells. It plays a critical role in B cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation. It has been targeted in therapies for B cell-related diseases such as lymphomas and autoimmune conditions.

Overview
Mouse Anti-Human CD20 is a monoclonal antibody targeting the CD20 protein, which is expressed on the surface of B cells, from the pre-B cell stage to mature B cells in both bone marrow and peripheral blood. CD20 is absent on hematopoietic stem cells, pro-B cells, and normal plasma cells. This antibody is ideal for use in research applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry, including applications in paraffin-embedded and frozen tissue samples.
