Mouse Anti-Human CD45

• CD45, also known as PTPRC, is a transmembrane receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase that plays a vital role in regulating immune cell signaling. It is encoded by the PTPRC gene and is expressed on all differentiated hematopoietic cells except for erythrocytes and plasma cells. CD45 is critical for T- and B-cell activation through antigen receptor signaling and serves as a negative regulator of cytokine receptor signaling by suppressing JAK kinases. This antibody specifically targets human CD45 and is widely used in immunological research.
