- Background
- Product Details
- Storage & Handling
- Applications
CD73, also known as ecto-5′-nucleotidase or 5′-nucleotidase (5′-NT), is an enzyme encoded by the NT5E gene in humans. CD73 plays a key role in converting AMP (adenosine monophosphate) into adenosine, which has important biological functions in cellular signaling. CD73 is involved in immune response modulation, inflammation, and tissue repair.
