Mouse Anti-Human Ror1

  • ROR1 (Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor ROR1) is involved in key developmental processes and signaling pathways. Its role in various cancers, including breast and leukemia, makes it an important target for cancer research. Elevated expression of ROR1 in certain cancers has led to its exploration as a therapeutic target.

  • Host Species: Mouse
  • Target Species: Human
  • Conjugation: Unconjugated
  • Clonality: Monoclonal
  • Isotype: IgG
  • Form: Liquid

Purification

This antibody was purified via immunoaffinity chromatography using an immunogen peptide derived from human Ror1 protein, coupled to Sepharose 4B.

    • Storage Instructions: Store at -20°C upon receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
    • Storage Buffer: Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS, pH 7.4), with stabilizers and ≤0.09% sodium azide.

For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Centrifuge if product is not completely clear after standing at room temperature.

This antibody is suitable for a range of research applications, including:

  • Western Blotting (WB)
  • Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P, IHC-Frozen)
  • Dot Blot
  • Immunomicroscopy
  • Immunofluorescence (IF)
  • Flow Cytometry (FCM)

Recommended starting dilutions:

  • Western Blotting: 3-5 µg/ml
  • IHC (Paraffin/Frozen): 5-10 µg/ml
  • Immunofluorescence: 5-10 µg/ml
  • Flow Cytometry: 5-10 µg/ml

Note: Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end-user based on experimental conditions.

Overview

The Mouse Anti-Human Ror1 antibody is designed to target the ROR1 protein, a receptor tyrosine kinase-like enzyme encoded by the ROR1 gene in humans. ROR1 is a member of the receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor (ROR)family and plays a significant role in various signaling pathways. This monoclonal antibody is primarily used in cancer research and other studies focusing on tyrosine kinase signaling and receptor-related pathways.
