Mouse Anti-Human CD20

• CD20 is a transmembrane protein expressed exclusively on B cells. Its expression begins at the pre-B cell stage and is maintained through mature B cells in both the bone marrow and peripheral blood. It is absent in hematopoietic stem cells, pro-B cells, and plasma cells. CD20 plays a significant role in B cell activation and is a critical target in the treatment of B cell-related diseases such as lymphomas and autoimmune disorders.
